Is there a fridge in the room ?
YES, there is a MinFridge in every room.
Is there an iron in the room ?
NO, however these can be obtained at Reception free of charge by leaving a 20€ refundable deposit.
Is there a kettle in the room ?
In the Superior Pool View Rooms there is a kettle included in the room. Other room types can request a kettle via our Reception free of charge.
Is there a hairdryer in the bathroom ?
YES, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom of every room.
Are pool towels provided ?
NO, unfortunately pool towels are NOT provided in Sandos Hotels located in the city. Pool towels are normally provided for Sandos beach hotels.
What is the email address of the Hotel ?
The email is recepcion.griego@sandos.es however, please ensure that your auto-correct does not 'correct' the word 'recepcion' (Spanish) to 'Reception' (English). Or alternatively use our on-line Contact Form.
Can I have my 'usual room' above the Main Restaurant ?
This depends on whether your reservation is for a Superior Pool View Room. Since February 2025 all these rooms have been completely refurbished and are classed as Superior Pool View rooms and therefore we must provide this room type to guests who have paid for and reserved this room type.
How do I request a price for an upgrade to a Superior Pool View Room ?
An upgrade to a Superior Pool View Rooms can be reserved prior to your arrival and is subject to availability at the tiome of arrival. Please complete the Request Form for a price quote from our Reception Team.
We arrive at the Hotel in the morning, before check-in. Can we use our All Inclusive ?
Yes, as soon as you arrive at the Hotel, you will be given your All Inclusive bracelets and can start to enjoy your All Inclusive. Our Reception Team will advise you when to return to Reception to get they keys to your room.
Can I upgrade to All Inclusive ?
If you have not booked an All Inclusive holiday there exists the possibility to upgrade to the All Inclusive package once you arrive at the Hotel.
When is the Griego Beach Bar and Free Transport to the Beach available ?
Our Griego Beach Bar and Free Transport to the Beach is part of our Summer Program and is available from 15th May through to 30th September.
Can the Hotel cater for my dietary requirements ?
We aim to cater for the majority of medical dietary requirements of our guests. Whilst the foods are labelled with the 14 allergens, please consult with our Maitre upon entering the restaurant. Unfortunately we cannot cater for religious or other dietary requirements.
